DVD Products

These products are shipped from the USA - you may be charged a local import tax on delivery if your shipping address is outside the USA.

Whilst most International shipping (outside the USA) takes considerably less, it may take 2 - 4 weeks for delivery.

eBooks

All eBooks are delivered digitally, which means that once you have made your purchase, you will be directed to a link to download the product straight onto your computer.

Within a few minutes of your purchase you will also receive a confirmation email that will contain a link to enable you download the product if, for some reason, you weren’t able to when you were directed to the link for the first time.

The link will be active for 24 hours and will allow you to download the product twice, to ensure that you can still get your product if you experience download issues.

Classes

All classes are delivered live and in person by Russell James at the venue detailed on the classes page.

Once you have booked on a class a confirmation email will be sent to you automatically within a few minutes.  This will also contain all details you require to find your way to the event and also details of local accommodation.
