Digitally Delivered Products

Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation message on screen to let you know everything was successful.

Within 1 hour you will receive your email receipt and login details for your product. If you do not receive them, please check your spam folder. If you still do not see them after 2 hours of ordering, contact us at customer.service@therawchef.com for assistance.  We aim to answer email requests within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Refunds

Full 30 day money back guarantee with all online courses and eBooks.  If any of these courses or eBooks don’t meet with your expectations, we will give you a prompt & courteous refund.

All you need to do is send us an email within 30 days (inclusive) of your purchase date stating that you would like a refund. The email address to contact is customer.service@therawchef.com

In the case of digital product refunds, we will simply issue the refund within 48 hours of the request, Monday to Friday.  Depending on whether you used Paypal or a credit/debit card to purchase, it can take 5 to 10 days for the funds to appear in your account.

For live in-person classes, workshops and events there are no refunds given within 2 weeks of the start of the event, during the event, or after the event.

For livestream classes a refund is available for up to 24 hours of the class. No refunds are given within 24 hours of the start of the livestream, during the livestream or after it has finished.

Payments Plans

When you opt to pay for a course with a payment plan, you are committing to making all of the payments until the set number of payments has been made.

Payments for payment plans are made on the same day each month.

If a payment payment fails, we will attempt it a total of 3 times. If it’s unsuccessful on the third attempt, we will contact you to make alternative payment arrangements.

You have 30 days from the date of the first payment to choose a refund. The 30 day money back guarantee only applies to the first payment and starts from the date you make that first payment.

If you default on your payments you will no longer have access to any of your courses until you bring your payments back up to date.

If you would like to pause your payments for a period of time, we are always open to help. This way you can resume when you’re able.

Once all payments are complete you own access to the course for the lifetime of the site. You will also receive lifetime updates for the life of the site.

Live Classes & Workshops

Upon purchase you will receive a confirmation message on screen to let you know everything was successful.

Within 1 hour you will receive your email receipt and details of the course, along with the times and exact location. If you do not receive that, please check your spam folder. If you still do not see it after 2 hours of ordering, contact us at customer.service@therawchef.com for assistance.

If, for some reason you booked on a course by mistake, you should email customer.service@therawchef.com within 24 hours of making the booking to be offered a full refund.

Because of the small group size and planning needed, once booked there are no refunds unless the class is cancelled by us.

If you want to change to a later date, we will try our best to accommodate you up to 2 weeks before the class date, only if there is someone on the waiting list to fill your space. Within 2 weeks of the class date there are no refunds or transfers available.

We do stick to the refund policy as it is here, to be fair to everyone, so please make sure you agree as no exceptions can be made, due to the nature of running a live class. Thanks!
